Twenty-Four Navy veterans who served on the aircraft carrier, the USS Cowpens, are on their way home after their visit to Cowpens, with them all agreeing that is was “a wonderful four days.”
They, many of them with their families, came from all over the United States, some from nearby , some from faraway places.
A regular visitor, Carswell Wynn and his wife, came from their home in Georgia. He is a leader of the group of veterans who attend each year, and he tries to never miss a reunion and the Mighty Moo Festival. Continued... |
